Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.

The newly created second line GFCC Enablement organization will lead efforts across strategic and transformational program development initiatives and projects, synchronizing the function’s ongoing operations, and will provide senior oversight of the function’s systems, data and tools. The Portfolio Management and Transformation Oversight team supports the oversight of all transformation efforts across GFCC through the development, implementation, and oversight of tools that will serve as a synchronized, consistent, and transparent GFCC Command Center. This apprenticeship role is designed to provide hands‑on experience in project coordination and business support activities. The apprentice will assist in maintaining visibility across initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting day‑to‑day operational tracking.
