Quick Overview

Type: Full-time

Compensation: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience

Required Experience: 8+ Years as a AI Engineer

Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote)

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation and validation.
• Deploy models using modern ML frameworks and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in production.
• Build APIs and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Work on advanced use cases across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI domains.
• Support clients in AI adoption, insights generation, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML research, trends, tools, and technologies and apply them where relevant.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering and model development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Hands‑on experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems.
• Proven expertise in at least one of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine‑tuning).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
