Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is hiring an AI/ML engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize ML models for real‑world problems in a hybrid Bengaluru setting. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

You should have 8+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience, strong Python and ML framework skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn), and be proficient in NLP, CV, or Generative AI domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering and model development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Deploy ML models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems.
• Expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine‑tuning).
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, agile setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation and validation.
• Deploy models using modern ML frameworks and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in production.

• Work on advanced use cases across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI domains.
• Support clients in AI adoption, insights generation, and intelligent automation initiatives.
