Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of AI/ML models and GenAI solutions. The role involves building scalable models, ETL workflows, and deploying LLM-based applications in production.

You will implement prompt engineering, manage API deployments, and ensure end-to-end ownership from development to monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of general IT experience.
• 5+ years of AI engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.
• Strong API development and model deployment experience.
• English minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
