Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking an Application Support - Treasury IT professional in Navi Mumbai to manage day-to-day issues for RBI regulatory and treasury applications.

You will handle log reading, issue analysis, health checks, and support DR/BCP activities, coordinating with business users and the broader support team to ensure smooth operations across UAT, Production, and DR environments.

Experience 2–8 years in banking IT and strong knowledge of treasury systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic techno-functional knowledge of CCIL, Metagrid, SWIFT, Nsmart, Ekuber, NGRTGS, Ourfx, and other Treasury applications.
• Ability to handle and resolve technical queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Treasury applications.
• Handle day-to-day issues related to Treasury applications.
• Monitor systems and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain the health and perform health checks of Treasury applications with the existing support team.
• Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities for Treasury applications with the existing support team.
• Provide support to business users for production issues.
• Resolve issues within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) or elevate them to the next level when required.
• Track open issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all resolved issues.
• Deliver small developments based on business user requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Support - Treasury IT professional for the Banking domain to manage day-to-day issues related to RBI regulatory and third-party Treasury applications. The resource will be responsible for log reading, production issue analysis, and monitoring Treasury applications. The role also requires technical knowledge to manage small enhancements and technical changes across UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Production, and DR (Disaster Recovery) environments.
