Job summary

Adani Group seeks an accomplished Treasury Operations Leader to drive end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments, ensure SLA/R SLA adherence and lead a team focused on MIS, BRS reviews and audit readiness in India.

The role emphasizes tax compliance, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with BU stakeholders, auditors, and finance leadership. SAP TRM or ERP experience is preferred, based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of experience in operations with at least 5–6 years in a middle level leadership role.
• SAP TRM module knowledge or similar ERP platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products.
• Daily review and report open items from BRS on various Financial Instruments.
• End-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances.
• Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation.
• Handle MIS, Data preparation for Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspectives.
• Ensure no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting.
• MIS review, reporting and month closing activities.
• Deal with auditors and provide audit schedules.
• Follow-up with BU for open BRS items and key points.
• Assign targets for team members and measure performance.
• Periodical meetings with stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolutions.
• Drive System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products

• Handle all the BU / GCC requirement wrt MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective.
• Ensuring no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting.
• MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities
• Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules
• Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points
• Assign targets for team members & measure their performance
• Periodical meeting with respective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof.
• Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 11-15 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years in a middle level leadership role.
• Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform

Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.
