Tekgence, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an Application / Production Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our operations team. You will handle production support, batch monitoring, incident management, and deploys using Blue-Green/Canary strategies.

Candidates should be familiar with SLI/SLO concepts, Splunk for dashboards, APM tools, and basic cloud operations. Windows admin and shell scripting skills are desirable, with GenAI automation for day-to-day tasks.

Formación

• Experience in Application/Production Support with 4+ years.
• Proficient in batch monitoring and incident management.
• Knowledge of SLI/SLO, error budgets and burn rate concepts.
• Experience with Splunk queries and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with APM tools and production deployments (Blue-Green, Canary).
• Cloud operations basics and Windows administration.
• Shell scripting for automation and day-to-day tasks.
• Automation using GenAI for AI-assisted operations (Copilot).
