Job summary

Royaloak Incorporation in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to provide L1/L2 assistance for ERP, POS, Retail, and CRM applications. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, run SQL queries, and support deployments, UATs, and integrations.

The role requires strong problem solving, ITSM awareness, and the ability to collaborate with finance, sales, warehouse, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L1/L2 support for business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting of functional and technical user issues.
• Experience with SQL-based data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for ERP, POS, Retail, and CRM applications.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot user issues.
• Handle billing, inventory, pricing, master-data, and transaction issues.
• Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Monitor API, REST, JSON, XML, and integration issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA compliance.
• Support UAT, upgrades, patches, releases, and deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolutions.
• Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and support reports.
• Provide guidance to business, finance, sales, warehouse, and store teams.
