• Provide L2/application support for .NET-based applications in a production environment.
• Monitor application performance and investigate application-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including debugging and identifying root causes.
• Work with development teams to resolve recurring or complex technical issues.
• Perform SQL-based investigation and troubleshooting using MS SQL Server.
• Write and work with SQL queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, DML/UPDATE statements, and perform basic query optimization.
• Support application maintenance, releases, updates, and production changes.
• Monitor incidents and ensure timely resolution as per support processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution progress to relevant stakeholders.
