Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a packaging specialist to lead Windows 11 app migrations and re-packaging using AdminStudio, InstallShield, and MSI/MST formats.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and service desks to troubleshoot application level issues, perform UAT, and manage end-to-end packaging, including AppV packaging and package distribution.

Qualifications

• Must have AdminStudio/InstallShield packaging experience for MSI/MST.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end application packaging processes.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for Windows 11.
• Experience with Microsoft App-V sequencing and AdminStudio for Windows 11.
• MSI based packaging and silent installs using batch or PowerShell.

• Microsoft App-V sequencing and AdminStudio - InstallShield packaging for Windows 11.
• MSI based packaging with silent installs using batch/PowerShell scripting.
• Good experience in Win11 App migrations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with various Teams + Service Desk on application level issues.
• Distributing packages through AppV Console and Ivanti.
• Co-ordinating with End Users / Requestors on requirements gathering, UAT testing and end-to-end packaging.
• Handle INCs, non-standard application requests and other priority tickets.
