Job summary

Intellics Global Services is seeking an experienced Application Packaging Engineer for our client. The role focuses on managing Windows packaging projects end-to-end, including packaging, testing, and deployment via SCCM/Intune.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience with MSI/MSIX, Orca, Admin Studio, and PSADT, and will collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units in a hybrid Pune/Hyderabad setting.

Qualifications

• Must work on packages with no supervision.
• Strong communication to coordinate with stakeholders for package User Acceptance testing.
• Experience in customer handling skills.
• Expertise in providing technical support is a key requirement.
• Reproduce issues internally and respond on time to customers.
• Perform full life cycle of software packaging including definition, requirements gathering, analysis, and testing.
• Develop, test, and implement configuration changes/driver updates to improve overall Windows client stability & performance.
• Knowledge of installation mechanisms acquisition, execution, and rollback.
