Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set up and configure application packages for deployment in SCCM/Intune; create new packages and updates.
Perform installation, deployment, and user testing of applications.
Coordinate with application owners on packaging and deployment requirements.
Document the application packaging and deployment process.
Provide L2 and L3 support for package deployment issues.
Generate deployment reports as needed.
Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related problems; work to resolution.
Lead and participate in team efforts to upskill and improve productivity.
Monitor and escalate issues to higher levels of support when needed.
