Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, seeks an engineer to support PCB Assembly (SMT, PTH) in our Bengaluru lab. You will program and operate equipment, evaluate soldering consumables, and analyze data to help deliver reliable electronic solutions.

The role requires a Diploma or Engineering degree and 2–5 years of SMT/PCBA experience, with proficiency in data reporting and DOE tools. This is an on-site position in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in SMT or PCBA process is required.

• SMT/PTH Process knowledge
• Day to day maintenance of the above machines
• Computer Literacy, MS Office (Minitab is a plus)
• Meetings/presentation/report generation/data analysis/failure analysis
