MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions seeks a senior technical service professional to manage major LMS accounts in India. The role includes product development, sales expansion, and direct customer support to resolve complex technical issues.

You will conduct market research, gather voice of customer, and visit clients to identify future product needs while supporting LMS samples and applications.

Qualifications

• Strong background in surface finishing or related field.
• Proven experience in technical support and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Service and promote LMS products to major LMS accounts in India.
• Develop and establish LMS products and sales in India.
• Assist customers with applications and troubleshooting to generate LMS samples.
• Identify market requirements through market research and customer feedback with regular client visits.

Who are we looking for?

• Responsible for Technical Service and product promotion for major LMS accounts across India

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for,Technical Service, Key account management .
• Responsible for developing and establishing LMS products and sales in India.
• Customer application & problem solving to produce LMS Samples & resolve customer technical issues .
• Identifying market requirement for current and future products by conducting market research and voice of customer, supported by on-going visits to customers.

Who are You?

Minimum 10+ years of Experience in the field of Surface finishng or similar field.

Academic: Graduation, Post Graduation, Chemistry as one of the subject/ Chemical Engineer.

Strong and proven track record in Anodizing knowledge and Technical Support & problem solviing skills.

What competencies will you need?

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read/write, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
