Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking a site-based role to oversee concrete pour execution, ensuring adherence to infrastructure checks and safety guidelines. You will interact with customers, monitor pouring operations, and coordinate with QC to address variations at the project site.

The role requires hands-on management of pumping, labour handling, curing processes, and on-site problem solving to maintain quality and timely delivery for cement projects in Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations.
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure effecient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues.
• Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
