Day to Day:

A client is looking for a Jr. Developer/Database Administrator to join their team. They will be responsible for supporting a customer & agent facing web application utilized at airports for customer baggage. The will partner with a team of developers based in Chicago, IL, in the continued development and bug fixing for this application. This role will primarily be responsible for providing overlapping support for these systems so that should anything come up with these systems, they’re able to quickly react, analyze the issue, report on the problem and assist with the resolution. While operations are running smoothly, they’ll be responsible for basic bug fixes and work towards resolution. They will be measured on how many they’re able to resolve and close out. They will be responsible for learning this application in and out so that they can quickly respond should an error come up during their shift as well as provide any insight on how it can be optimized and improved. Must be available until 10 am CST every day for KT.
