Job Description

1. This is an Applications Developer 100% hands-on role.
2. Maintain and enhance existing products, adhering to the company’s development standards.
3. Fix defects identified by the Quality Assurance (QA) department and critical defects reported by clients.
4. Implement new features as specified in the requirements document provided by the product manager or business analyst.
5. Conduct quality checks and code reviews of team members' work prior to release.
6. Provide internal and external development support, addressing queries from various sources.
7. Collaborate closely with technical and business partners globally.
8. Responsible for application design, development, delivery, and post-production support.
9. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications.
10. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
11. Act as a technical coach to ensure team members perform effectively.
12. Engage regularly with leadership and key stakeholders.
13. Focus on the following technology stack:

• C#

• MS SQL Server

Requirements / Qualifications

1. 7+ years of application development experience.
2. Mandatory experience in .NET.
3. Strong SQL Server skills, including writing stored procedures, complex T-SQL queries, and performance tuning.
4. Knowledge of ASP.NET, Web API, and React is a plus.
5. Solid understanding of OOP and .NET design fundamentals.
6. Experience with GIT and JIRA.
7. Hands-on experience with web services and server-side programming.
8. Proficiency with MSSQL Server 2016/2019.
9. Experience in SOA design.
10. Experience working in the financial industry with diverse technical teams.
11. Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
12. Proven ability to build scalable and robust applications.
