As an Application Automation Engineering Associate, you will be a vital part of the Technology for Operations (TFO) team, acting as a trusted advisor to Accenture Operations. You will help build intelligent operating models by designing and developing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and scripting languages. This role involves collaboration with sales, offering, and delivery teams to deliver innovative automation solutions that drive exceptional business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere
• Write scripts using languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation workflows
• Create technical documentation and design process flows for automation projects
• Collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative automation solutions
• Apply cognitive automation technologies including OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations
• Solve routine problems using established guidelines and elevate complex issues as needed
• Work as an individual contributor within a focused scope under supervision
• Adapt to working in rotational shifts as required
