Job Title: App Automation Eng Specialist

Location: Mumbai (preferred)

Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years

Qualifications: Any Graduation

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST

Work Model: Work from office once a week; flexible on-demand basis.

Role Overview

As part of the Technology for Operations team, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations, delivering innovative and secure technology solutions that empower clients to build an intelligent operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and solve moderately complex problems and create new solutions, adapting existing methods where necessary.
• Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management regarding team goals.
• Interact with peers, client stakeholders, and senior management to drive outcomes.
• Lead small teams or manage work efforts within Accenture and on client sites.
• Work rotational shifts as required by the role.
• Design architecture for automation solutions, including process flows and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath, .NET, and coding languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python.
• Utilise UiPath Orchestrator, Agentic Automation, and Document Understanding for deployment.
• Coordinate code movement and automation deployment via Jenkins.
• Provide extended support during UAT, deployment, hyper‑care, and production issue resolution.
• Perform project management, coordination, and delivery governance activities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with UiPath and .NET development.
• Ability to manage small sized team and lead delivery activities.
• Excellent knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Agentic Automation, and Document Understanding.
• Experience in code movement and automation deployment via Jenkins.
• Good understanding of scripting languages (C, VB.NET, Python).
  
• Familiarity with Cognitive RPA (OCR, NLP, ML/AI) and API integrations.
• Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
