Role Overview

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team delivers innovative and secure technologies to build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. The role involves implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It includes analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. Major sub‑deals include:

• AHO (Application Hosting Operations)
• ISMT (Infrastructure Management)
• Intelligent Automation – Automate business processes using RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), cognitive RPA (OCR, NLP, ML/AI), and API integrations.
• Writing code using scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, Python to enable automations.
• Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to create process flows, code, and technical documentation for end‑to‑end automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve lower‑complexity problems.
• Interact daily with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Possibility of limited client or Accenture management exposure.
• Follow moderate level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact own work and potentially others.
