Job summary

IBM Consulting in India seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for D365 CE solutions on cloud platforms. You will design scalable CRM and ERP integrations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Insights, and Field Service, with governance and Dataverse strategy.

You will guide functional consultants and developers, review designs, and ensure Microsoft best practices. Bonus: deep experience with Azure integration, Power Platform, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications and CRM/AX architecture.
• Strong experience designing and guiding CRM/ERP integrations and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end D365 CE architecture for CRM and ERP solutions.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Own end-to-end architecture for D365 CE solutions.
• Design scalable CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, and Field Service.
• Define application, data, security, and integration architecture.
• Establish solution governance and architecture standards.
• Architect and design solutions for Agentic Solutions - using D365 and Copilot studio.

Technical Leadership

• Guide functional consultants, developers, and technical leads.
• Review solution designs, customizations, plugins, integrations, and Power Platform components.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.
• Drive architecture reviews and design authority processes.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Design integrations with third-party applications.
• Define Dataverse strategy, data migration approach, and master data management.
• Architect Azure integration patterns using Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIM, etc.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Microsoft Business Applications Expertise: Deep expertise in designing and architecting Microsoft Business Applications, including CRM and AX development or integration processes, with the ability to guide clients through system architecture and customizations.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with a range of technologies, including Dynamics CRM Plug-in development, CRM form programming, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Custom workflow assembly development, SSRS, SSIS, XRM tools, HTML & CSS, OData, REST, JSON, and AJAX.
• Dynamics AX Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dynamics AX, including X++, Workflow Development and Configuration, SSRS Reporting, and Azure Life Cycle Services (LCS).
• Integration and Analytics: Experience with Integration Framework, Middleware, Power BI, Azure, and Machine Learning, with the ability to advise on best practices for integration and analytics.
• Technical Resource Management: Proven ability to maintain a list of trusted resources for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and optimal system performance.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Experience with Machine Learning, showcasing ability to advise on best practices for integration and analytics, leveraging expertise in Azure and Power BI.
• Enhanced Integration Skills: Exposure to Middleware, with the ability to design and implement integration solutions using Integration Framework.
• Cloud Computing Expertise: Deep understanding of Azure Life Cycle Services (LCS), demonstrating ability to manage and optimize cloud-based solutions.
