• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and optimize application usage.
• Provide end user support, training, and guidance to enhance adoption and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic reviews of application access, logs, and audit trails to maintain security and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, performance improvements, and application optimization.

The Application Administrator is responsible for the day to day management, configuration, and support of enterprise applications used across the organization.
