Responsibilities

• Provide L2-L3 level Windows application support for end-users
• Manage and maintain the workplace application portfolio across lifecycle

• Support onboarding and retirement per Global IT standards
• Coordinate changes, updates, and releases per governance
• Ensure compliance with processes and policies

• Analyze incidents and drive recurring issue improvements
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Workplace Architects, Endpoint teams, and stakeholders

We are seeking a Workplace Application Portfolio & Support Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to manage, support, and govern workplace applications across their lifecycle. Also proficient in L2-L3 level Windows application technical level support (End-User).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the workplace application portfolio, ensuring visibility of status, lifecycle, ownership, and support model.
• Coordinate with security, network, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot application issues caused by environment constraints
• Package and deploy applications using workplace tools (e.g., Empirum, MECM, Intune)
• Support application onboarding and retirement as per defined Global IT standards
• Coordinate application changes, updates, and releases following governance and processes
• Ensure compliance with workplace application processes and policies
• Create, maintain, and improve application documentation using GitLab (Markdown) and SharePoint
• Analyze incidents, coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams, and drive recurring issue improvements
• Act as an operational point of contact for applicationrelated topics
  Collaborate with Service Owners, Workplace Architects, Endpoint teams, and business stakeholders
• Support audits and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and workplace standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-6 years of experience in Workplace Services / Application Support / EUC / IT Operations
• Experience in application portfolio and lifecycle management
• Strong documentation and process implementation skills
• Handson experience with incident management and advanced application support
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, and audit requirements
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• ITIL knowledge or certification
• Experience in large enterprise workplace environments.
