Our mission is to empower businesses to achieve more by leveraging the latest technological advancements and best practices in their industries.Job Summary:As an Appian Lead Developer/Architect at Innovon Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, testing, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian and related technologies. You will collaborate with diverse onshore and offshore teams, follow Agile methodologies, and provide architectural leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system/enterprise-level architecture and Appian BPM, along with strong communication and presentation skills.Responsibilities:

• Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using Appian BPM and other leading vendor technologies. Collaborate with onshore/offshore teammates on software development processes, adhering to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level applications using Appian Objects, including Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web APIs, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, Feeds, etc.
• Lead end-to-end Appian BPM implementations, including design, development, deployment, and packaging.
• Design and optimize Appian Process/Solution and Infrastructure Architecture, with a focus on in-memory KDB engines, custom properties, topology, and vertical/horizontal scaling.
• Work with application servers like JBOSS, TOMCAT, and web servers like Apache.
• Manage authentication types and configure them between various external systems.
• Integrate Appian BPM with Web Services (SOAP and REST) and enterprise service buses (ESBs) like MuleSoft.
• Develop Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Function Plugins, Servlet Plugins, Connected Systems, and Component UI Plugins.
• Utilize Embedded SAIL and Portals for advanced application features.
• Implement J2EE Design Patterns (JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, JDBC) to enhance Appian BPM solutions.
• Work within Safe Agile (Scrum/Kanban) concepts and leverage CI/CD technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Provide technical support to consultants and clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Actively support the operations of the engagement team and management, working as an integrated team member.

Qualification/Skills:

• Appian Lead Developer certification (L1, L2, L3) is a must.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development and architecture.
• Expertise in Appian architecture and object design, including Records, Reports, Tasks, Process Models, and more.
• Strong understanding of Appian infrastructure architecture, including in-memory KDB engines, scaling, and topology.
• Hands-on experience with integration using SOAP/REST Web Services and ESBs like MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in developing Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Connected Systems, and Component UI Plugins.
• Experience with Embedded SAIL and Portals.
• Knowledge of J2EE design patterns and server infrastructure (JBOSS, TOMCAT, Apache).
• Experience in CI/CD technologies like Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
