Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Appian BPM and intelligent automation solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and production support.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, consultants, and clients in Agile/SAFe environments to understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, and resolve application-related challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Appian architecture, integrations, performance, CI/CD, custom plugins, and best development practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of Appian development experience with strong knowledge of Appian objects, SAIL, Records, Process Models, CDTs, Integrations, Connected Systems, and custom plugins.
• Strong technical knowledge of Appian architecture and Java/J2EE, including REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, JBoss/Tomcat, Apache, JSP, Servlets, EJB, and JDBC.
• Appian Lead Developer certification is mandatory, along with experience in Agile/SAFe, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Ansible, SonarQube, and testing tools such as Selenium/Tosca.
