Responsibilities

• Support APAC supplier performance program for Amazon GREF.
• Lead APAC Area SPM Papers with IFM/Programs teams and facilitate reads with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain APAC supplier scorecards in Jaggaer.
• Train supplier and programs teams on scoring.
• Complete APAC portion of the quarterly supplier performance white paper within 45 days after quarter end.
• Obtain supplier performance qualitative feedback with APAC IFM/Programs teams.
• Develop creative solutions for collecting supplier performance data and presenting results to the client.
• Maintain Jaggaer, Corrigo, and other JLL technologies for sourcing support.
• Review contract KPIs for accuracy and status.
• Assist with contract documentation and sourcing governance processes.

Role Summary:

The APAC Supplier Performance Manager supports Work Dynamics sourcing and procurement activities by delivering data-driven insights, market analysis, and supplier support across real estate, facilities, and workplace services. This role reports into the Global Supplier Performance Management Lead, and partners closely with sourcing managers and stakeholders to enable informed commercial decisions and drive cost, risk, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Amazon GREF global supplier performance management program
• Own and lead the development of the quarterly APAC Area SPM Papers in partnership with IFM/Programs teams and facilitate paper reads among internal and client stakeholders
• Manage APAC supplier scorecard development, implementation, and distribution in Jaggaer
• Manage supplier and IFM/Programs team training on scoring
• Organize, construct, and complete the APAC portion of the global quarterly supplier performance management white paper released no later than 45 days after the quarter ends
• Work with APAC IFM/Programs teams to obtain supplier performance qualitative feedback
• Develop creative solutions for collecting supplier performance data and presenting performance results to the client
• Maintain technical proficiency in Jaggaer, Corrigo, and other JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF account
• Review Principal and Managed Agent contract KPI’s, including scorecard metrics and measurement, ensuring alignment with client vendor performance program
• Work with FM Operations and Program teams to support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary
• Work with vendor management teams to ensure supplier performance escalations follow the Corrective Action Plan methodology, ensuring a consistent, measurable approach to improvement and mitigation of poor performance
• Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
• Participate and provide leadership to strategic supplier performance reviews
• Maintain SPM dashboards, reports, and databases to ensure data accuracy and visibility
• KPI Management: own the review of contractual KPIs for accuracy and completion, ensuring they are in active and compliant status
• Assist with contract documentation and sourcing governance processes
• Submit quarterly supplier spend reports for APAC via supplier.io

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management or related Procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English and strong executive presence

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience supporting global or regional sourcing initiatives
• Familiarity with facilities management, real estate, or professional services categories
