What Role You Will Play In Our Team
- Serve as primary focal point for supply chain related customer feedbacks/complaints/ disputes investigations in collaboration with experts from Customer Service, Quality, Logistics & Distribution, Sales & Operations Planning, Product Management, other departments, and third party service providers through to resolution.
- Handle supply chain related customer feedbacks/complaints/disputes case management within and across regions.
- Articulate findings, recommendations, and decisions on the merits of the case and manage the case until continuous improvement and/or corrective action are in place.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Customer Feedbacks/Compliants/Disputes
- Work with ExxonMobil Supply Chain teams and Third Party Service Providers (TPSP) to conduct investigations as required, identify root cause(s), develop and follow up on action closures.
- Maintain all information and correspondence relating to case management on the appropriate database (eg. C360, Zendesk, SharePoint, LAN) and ensure compliance to record management guidelines.
- Support customer feedbacks/compliants/disputes process improvements by identifying situations where a Most Likely Root Cause (MLRC) should be created.
Periodic Data Analysis
- Perform periodic data analysis of customer feedbacks/complaints/disputes and root causes.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding back trends / observations and identifying emerging risks to Supply Chain and Business Units
- Support data and analysis to Logistics teams for TPSP performance review meetings.
- Support data and analysis to Integrated Supply Chain Teams (ISCT) for performance stewardship.
- Support data and analysis to Sales & Operations Planning teams for Business Team Meetings.
Process Continuous Improvements
- Identify, document and implement customer feedbacks/complaints/disputes process improvements.
- Work with other Compliance Analysts within/outside the region to improve overall customer feedback/complaints/dispute case management and resolution processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree required, with an engineering/chemistry degree preferred.
- Prior work experience in business or supply chain support roles and root cause analysis preferred though fresh graduates with positive mindset are welcomed.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment, excellent critical thinking, strong problem solving and analytical skills, and customer focus as required for effective case management.
- String portfolio management.
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to communicate cross functionally at various levels of the organization and influence others.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in handling complaints volumes efficiently.
