Join ExxonMobil’s Product Solutions business to drive customer feedback and supply chain excellence. This role focuses on managing customer complaints, disputes, and continuous improvement initiatives across global supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary focal point for supply chain related customer feedback, complaints, and disputes investigations.
- Handle supply chain related case management within and across regions.
- Articulate findings, recommendations, and decisions, managing cases until corrective action is in place.
- Conduct investigations, identify root causes, develop and follow up on action closures.
- Maintain all case information on the appropriate database and ensure compliance with record‑management guidelines.
- Support process improvements by identifying root‑cause opportunities.
- Perform periodic data analysis of customer feedbacks and root causes; provide trend reports.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding back trends and emerging risks to supply chain and business units.
- Collaborate with Compliance Analysts and other stakeholders to improve overall case‑management processes.
Periodic Data Analysis
- Perform data analysis of complaints and root causes.
- Support continuous improvement by feeding trends and identifying risks.
- Provide analysis to logistics, integrated supply chain, and operations planning teams.
Process Continuous Improvements
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements.
- Work with Compliance Analysts globally to improve customer feedback management.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree required; engineering or chemistry preferred.
- Prior experience in supply chain support roles and root‑cause analysis preferred; fresh graduates welcomed.
- Strong business judgment, critical thinking, problem‑solving, analytical skills, and customer focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Team player with influence without authority.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities efficiently.
