Job summary

Embedded IT Solutions in Fab City, near Tukkuguda, Hyderabad, seeks AOI Engineers with 4–5 years of experience to join our manufacturing QA team. The role requires hands-on AOI programming, machine operation, and a strong understanding of SMT processes.

Diploma/BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or ECE is preferred. You will create, optimize, debug, and validate AOI programs, analyze defects, and reduce false calls while adapting to rotational shifts in a 6-day-a-week office.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical or ECE.
• IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• AOI programming and machine operation.
• Expertise in 3D AOI.
• Create, optimize, debug, and validate AOI programs.
• Analyze AOI defects and reduce false calls.
• Knowledge of Gerber, BOM, XY data.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 requirements is preferred.
