Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or FP&A leveraging Anaplan.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder, level 3 or higher.
• Proven record of career progression with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Convert existing solutions into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving as the Model Builder SME for large‑scale connected planning solutions.
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Translating business requirements into functional requirements and use cases.
• Converting existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi‑dimensional models.
• Modifying existing models as part of a connected solution, optimisation, or to incorporate new functionality.
• Developing model documentation.
• Participating in data integration and migration solutions.
• Leading UAT testing and deployment efforts.
• Operating cross‑functionally with some ambiguity, providing expertise to Strategy and FP&A teams on best practices for modelling and reporting.
• Building and developing Anaplan modules and lists based on model blueprints.
• Configuring and maintaining Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
• Monitoring data flows to and from source systems to ensure all data is up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Performing root cause analyses and proposing solutions.
• Providing hands‑on training to new end users on Anaplan models and documenting processes.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or FP&A leveraging Anaplan, or completion of 5+ Anaplan implementation projects as a Model Builder.
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder, level 3 or higher.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake and other integration tools is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with multi‑dimensional or cube‑based planning and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
