Job summary

Broadridge India in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Anaplan Model Builder to support the Finance team. In this high-visibility role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop and optimize Anaplan models and ensure scalable FP&A planning.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Anaplan or enterprise planning, Anaplan Certified, strong data architecture skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while delivering on priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in Anaplan or enterprise planning solution delivery.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder with 3 to 5 end-to-end Anaplan Agile implementation projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience with advanced Anaplan model building, design patterns, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead solution design and deliver complex, multi-dimensional planning models.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and translating strategic needs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, operational planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, AWS, Snowflake, and/or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex Anaplan models across multiple business functions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, calculations, security, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Anaplan solutions.
• Drive model optimization, performance tuning, and adherence to Anaplan best practices.
• Lead requirements workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Review deliverables from other model builders to ensure quality, consistency, and design integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and solution controls across the Anaplan landscape.
• Partner with program and business leaders to prioritize enhancements and manage delivery timelines.

Basic Purpose

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Anaplan Model Builder to support the Finance team. In this high-visibility role with strong growth potential, the Senior Anaplan Model Builder will partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and play a critical role in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Broadridge’s FP&A Connected Planning application. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping build and scale Broadridge’s growing Anaplan team.
