Job summary

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in newsroom analytics, content performance analytics, audience engagement measurement, or digital publishing analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with GA4 for digital behavior analysis, event tracking interpretation, audience analysis, funnel insights, and content performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio and Tableau for designing interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, editorial reports, and stakeholder-facing insight packs.
• Strong understanding of editorial KPIs, traffic acquisition, engagement metrics, audience loyalty, retention indicators, and content lifecycle analysis.
• Ability to convert data into clear narratives, recommendations, and practical actions for Editorial stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve measurement frameworks, tagging requirements, data quality, and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in media, publishing, news, subscription, or digital content businesses.
• Familiarity with content taxonomy, SEO analytics, newsletter performance, social referral analysis, and audience development practices.
• Working knowledge of data extraction, SQL, data validation, or analytics tracking implementation is an advantage.
• Experience supporting senior editorial or business leadership through performance reviews, planning meetings, and insight presentations.
