Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an HR Job Architecture Coordinator to support daily transactional and data-record management within the Corporate HR Job Architecture team, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and a deep understanding of standardization processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing requests for new positions, confirming mapping accuracy, collaborating with HR and business operations on issues, escalating complex cases to SMEs when needed, preparing Excel templates for mass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required).
• 1 year relevant work experience (Required).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (Required).
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Research non-routine requests and analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate mapping.
• Communicate with HR and business operations regarding mapping issues.
• Escalate in-scope, complex cases to SMEs until resolved.
• Assist with preparing/reviewing Excel templates for mass position maintenance and uploading processes.
• Create non-employee records and update cross-reference tables for supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job description

The HR Job Architecture Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Corporate HR Job Architecture team by performing daily transactional and data record management activities. The HR Job Architecture Coordinator maintains the position workflow approval process to ensure compliance with established guidelines. This position has an in-depth understanding of established standardization processes and guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Reviews requests for new positions and position updates to confirm that mapping adheres to established enterprise job and position standardization guidelines.
• Researches non-routine requests and analyzes job descriptions as needed to determine appropriate job mapping.
• Communicates with HR and business operations as needed regarding any issues with job code mapping or position titling.
• Escalates in-scope, complex cases to subject matter experts (SME) as needed until issue is adequately resolved.
• Assists with preparing/reviewing Excel templates for mass position maintenance and performs steps for uploading, troubleshooting file issues and errors.
• Creates non-employee records and updates cross reference table for supervisors as needed.
• Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to employee information.
• Completes special projects, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
