Job summary

Flex is seeking an Analyst – VMF to support our Chennai-based teams as they manage vendor records, validate BOT-generated requests, and uphold data integrity within the vendor management system.

The role focuses on processing from submission to completion with strict adherence to TAT, accuracy, and compliance, while collaborating across finance and operations to drive timely, error-free VMF workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Finance education with 60% or higher is preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Strong written and spoken English with analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Learn VMF processes and maintain records per requirements.
• Process requests from submission to completion within TAT.
• Ensure BOT-created VMF requests are accurate and validated.
• Validate and submit BOT VMF requests on creation day.
• Maintain vendor records in the vendor management system.
• Verify vendor information, contacts, contracts and compliance.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst – VMF located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Learning all the process in VMF and maintain the records as per the requirement.
• Ensure all requests from submission to completion are processed within TAT
• Ensure that all requests raised by the BOT are free from validation errors and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Validate and submit all BOT-created VMF requests on the same day of creation.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the company’s vendor management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and validate vendor information, including contact details, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Track and evaluate vendor performance based on established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
