Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, data analysis, and communication.

What You Will Be Doing

Business Analyst/ Project Manager Role for implementation of complex business and technology solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert on multiple projects, translating business requirements into system capabilities while driving process and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop technology solutions
• Lead or play a key role in implanting RPA/AI based projects and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams
• Create and manage business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation (Project Plan, BRD, Test Plan, Action Tracker, RAID Log, Management Weekly/Monthly Decks etc)
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution evaluations
• Support testing, implementation, and post-production validation activities
• Coach and mentor junior Business Systems Analysts
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
