Job summary

Flex in Pune, India is seeking an Analyst – GBS Procurement to support fast-paced purchase order processing and stakeholder service.

You will handle end-to-end purchasing cycle including PR to PO, supplier coordination, open PO and shortage reporting, and MRP-driven inventory management.

Diploma or B.Com/BBA/B.Sc holders with 0-2 years in procurement can apply; MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills are required; this role offers health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in commerce-related fields.
• 0–2 years in Procurement/Supply Chain (not mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for C class items.
• Execute end-to-end purchasing cycle from PR to PO and supplier confirmation.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery status and expedite as needed.
• Prepare open PO and shortage reports for review.
• Maintain inventory levels per site requirements.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst – GBS Procurement in , India. The Analyst - Procurement should quickly and accurately process purchase orders in a fast paced environment. Additionally, should have excellent stakeholder service skills and works well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like

• Responsible to manage C class items procurement activities
• E2E Purchasing Cycle which included PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, PO Confirmation, Delivery follow up and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordination with vendors for actual delivery status of material.
• On Time completion of Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report for Review.
• Working on Pull in, push out & Cancellation as per the MRP report and achieving the KPI Targets.
• Maintain Inventory to optimum level as per site requirement.
• Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for Purchase Order Changes.
• Managing Supplier database.
• Must include Shortage / excess escalation management
• Co-ordinate and follow through on urgent receive, past dues Management and resolving receiving challenges.

• Education: Diploma or B.com/ B.B.A/ B.Sc
• Experience: 0 to 2 Year (Procurement / Supply Chain) (Not mandatory)
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Required)
