Job summary

Flex is looking for an Analyst – GBS Procurement in Chennai to support procurement of C class items and manage end-to-end purchasing cycles.

You will coordinate with vendors to track delivery status, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain inventory while handling PO changes with internal partners. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office proficiency are required, with 0–1 year in procurement preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
• 0–1 year in procurement or supply chain preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage C class items procurement activities.
• End-to-end purchasing cycle from PR to PO and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery status and resolve issues.
• Maintain On-Time Purchase Order reporting and Shortage reporting for review.
• Work on pull-in, push-out & cancellations per the MRP and KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory to optimum levels per site requirements.
• Coordinate PO changes with internal business partners and suppliers.
• Manage supplier database and escalation for shortages/excess.
