Genpact Ltd. is seeking an Analyst for Domain Analytics in Claims & Underwriting. You will review submissions, scrub data, code exposure details, and validate data in AIR/RMS while geocoding locations to assess exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Master data science certifications are preferred.
• Certifications in claims and underwriting are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Submission review and follow-up with underwriters for data completeness (SOV, Slip).
• Data scrubbing: convert client data from Excel to AIR/RMS or client tools.
• Code COPE information and validate exposure data in AIR/RMS.
• Geo-code locations and analyze exposure across regions.
• Interpret slips/binders to identify terms and conditions.
• Generate insights to improve risk management using client data.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Submission review - Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters and following-up with underwriters (as required) for e.g. SOV, Slip etc.
• Data scrubbing - Converting client provided data (excel format) to AIR/RMS/ client proprietary tool format
• Coding of COPE information
• Importing and validating exposure data in AIR/RMS
• Geo-coding all locations and analyze exposure
• Understanding of Insurance layer structure
• Ability to read & interpret slip/ binders to identify terms & conditions
• Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data
• Relevant experience in Exposure Management/ Property modeling will be preferable
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance
• Proficiency in MS Excel SQL knowledge is an added advantage
• Ability to deliver time bound tasks
• Ability to handle the work pressure
• Work as a great teammate & highly motivated with problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of RMS/AIR - Touchstone
• Excellent analytical ability
• High speed of execution
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
