Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Process Analytics to drive claims and underwriting analytics. The role involves data scrubbing, risk modeling, and portfolio analysis using RiskLink, RiskModeler, RMS, and AIR.

Strong SQL and Excel skills, plus deep knowledge of treaty modeling and EDM reconciliation, are essential. You will work hybrid from India with a focus on timely, accurate analytics and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in analytics, CS, stats, or data science with strong data skills.
• Experience with RMS/RiskLink and SQL is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics for portfolio analytics.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions and follow up with underwriters as needed.
• Convert client data to RMS/AIR formats and code COPE information.
• Update models and analyze portfolio exposure using RiskLink/RiskModeler.
• Create/modify/run SQL scripts for day-to-day processing.
• Generate insights to improve risk management from client data.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Skillset:

• Submission review - Checking for completeness of data submitted by underwriters and following-up with underwriters (as required)
• Data scrubbing - Converting client provided data (excel format) to RMS/AIR format-Coding of COPE information
• Must have experience in RiskLink/RiskModeler
• Understanding of treaties & FAC submissions
• Update/Model accounts in RiskLink/RiskModeler
• Apply terms & conditions, treaty information etc.
• Import and validate portfolio exposure summary and analyze results in RiskLink/RiskModeler
• EDM reconciliation to identify the reason of variations in the exposure results as compared to previous portfolio
• Create/ modify/ run SQL scripts to perform day-to-day process steps
• Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data
• Relevant years of experience in Portfolio Analytics/ CAT modeling/Treaty Modelling
• Experience in Moody’s RiskLink/RiskModeler catastrophe model is must
• Advanced knowledge of RMS (Risk Link)/AIR & backend schema
• Knowledge of Treaty modeling preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL
• Ability to deliver timebound tasks
• Ability to manage the work pressure during the monthly portfolio roll-up cycle
• Work as a team player & highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Good Communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL preferred
• Excellent analytical ability
• High speed of execution
• Coaching & mentoring skills
