Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a self-driven Analyst to join our Order to Cash team in Bengaluru, India. You will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate billing and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on O2C, contract review, invoicing, and dispute management.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting and Customer Success to ensure compliant invoicing, timely fulfillment, and precise revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function.
• Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services.
• Manage customer accounts, queries, and invoices generation with precision and care.
• Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.
• Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP.

About the Role

Insightsoftware is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Order to Cash team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate, timely billing and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), contract review, invoicing and dispute management, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services.


• Manage customer accounts, queries, and invoices generation with precision and care.


• Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.


• Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP.


• Monitor and manage accounts, cases, orders, and fulfilment for timely action.


• Confirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders.


• Oversee license key generation and fulfilment delivery to customers.


• Deliver an outstanding service experience to both internal teams and external customers.


• Meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners.


• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.


• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent field.
