Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in India seeks professionals who can gather and evaluate client feedback, translating insights for stakeholders. You will represent the voice of customers to drive loyalty and retention, while developing domain expertise and technical know-how in our offerings.

You will work as part of a team under moderate supervision, tackling complex problems with sound judgment. Prior experience and a university degree are required to contribute to solving client challenges globally.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present insights to internal stakeholders.
• Act as voice of the customer to build loyalty and retention.
• Be well-versed on technical aspects of products and share tips to use features and troubleshoot.
• Contribute as a team member under moderate supervision.
• Build domain expertise along with technical skills.
• Tackle relatively complex problems using standard concepts and judgement.
• Mentor junior professionals when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization. They play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention. Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
• Professionals in this group work as contributed team member under very moderate supervision.
• They build up on domain expertise along with technical skills.
• They work on relatively complex problems using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement.
• Professionals require certain level of work experience and assist the junior professionals.
