Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Coimbatore, India, is seeking an Analyst – GBS Master Data Management to support vendor master records, pricing, and supplier interactions. You’ll analyze data, generate reports, and help maintain ERP vendor setups and master data with BAAN/SAP/Oracle environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, ERP familiarity, and willingness to work across shifts in a global procurement context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• ERP/P2PBAAN/SAP/Oracle experience preferred.
• MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• BAAN ERP knowledge preferred.
• Flexible to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to resolve Pricing and other commercial terms.
• Provide reports and analysis in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain good relations with suppliers and internal customers.
• Maintain Vendor Master Records and New Vendor Setup.
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests.
• Obtain price and other information from approved suppliers.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst – GBS Master Data Management in Coimbatore, India. The Analyst – GBS Master Data Management performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs
• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred
• Flexible to work in all shifts
