Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai invites fresh graduates in Finance to join as Analyst – VMF. The role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining productivity logs, and generating key financial reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a BCom/BBA/MCom/MBA in Finance, has basic MS Office skills, and is eager to learn ERP systems and accounting principles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresher - BCom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA(Finance).
• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• Maintain daily productivity log for the team.
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports.
• Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team
• Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance
• Work with Fin functional teams to help them on basic macros.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Analyst – VMF located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• Maintain daily productivity log for the team.
• Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports.
