Job summary

JLL's CMG JBS India – Hyderabad team seeks a Subject Matter Expert in investment modeling to support onshore users managing real estate funds, including investor reporting, data management, and portfolio control across asset types. You will collaborate with global analysts and leadership to build fund performance across CRE assets, deliver polished presentations, and maintain high data accuracy and reporting standards.

MBA in Finance/Real Estate is preferred; RICS membership is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Expert in CRE processes, lease analysis, valuations, and cash flow projections.
• Direct client communication experience on real estate investment funds.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Knowledge of Argus modeling and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for CRE assignments.
• Extract information from public data sources, including real estate fund benchmarks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting for real estate funds across regions.
• Coordinate with finance/accounting, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy and research, and sustainability teams to build fund performance summaries.
• Deliver polished presentations with clear layout and high accuracy.
