Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking a detail-oriented LMS operations professional to independently handle CSOD LMS transactions, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timely responses to learners and stakeholders. The role requires understanding of CSOD processes, adherence to SLAs, and proactive issue identification.

Responsibilities include course assignments, curriculum updates, attendance management, reporting, and participation in testing during CSOD enhancements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CSOD LMS workflows and transactions.
• Ability to follow defined SLAs and standard procedures.
• Attention to data accuracy and validation in LMS activities.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute routine CSOD LMS transactions such as course assignments, curriculum updates, session management, attendance updates, completion uploads, and standard reporting requests.
• Validate request details, prerequisites, templates, approvals, and learner data before execution.
• Manage standard learner and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs and communication protocols.
• Track assigned requests, update operational trackers, and provide clear status updates to requestors and team leads.
• Conduct self-quality checks to reduce errors and rework.
• Identify recurring transactional issues and highlight trends to senior team members.
• Support SOP, FAQ, and checklist updates based on approved process changes.
• Support basic testing activities during CSOD enhancements, configuration changes, or release validations.

Overview
