Eaton Corporation in Pune is seeking an Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, and contribute to senior management presentations for Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• The Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
• The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary.
• The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.
• Professional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects.
