Job description

What you’ll do

• Strong working knowledge in ERP systems SAP/Oracle/SAP Analytics Cloud/Analysis for Office – preferably SAP/Analysis for Office is required.
• Proficient skill level in Advanced MS Excel (VBA coding/automation skills can be an added advantage).
• Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau for creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake for managing and querying large datasets in a cloud environment.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying databases.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling is desirable.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Lead projects and act as point of contact for multiple sites/customers.
• Knowledge of improvement tools – Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice, etc.
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Collaborate with different internal functions to understand requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor data to identify changes in metrics and business trends.
• Customer‑centric approach to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Meet defined SLA and KPI’s on performance and quality in given TAT.
• Should be able to coach new resources.
• Experience in process transition, documentation, and creation of SOP/SOW.
• Understanding and hands‑on experience of project management methodology.
• Continuous improvement through use of Lean methodology.

What you’ll need
