Responsibilities

• Prepares external correspondences according to instructions from professional and management team members.
• Prepares and updates documents for Claims Analysts including resumes, reports for programs and spreadsheets using predefined templates.
• Prepares materials for Claims Analysts including PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials and spreadsheets, templates optional.
• Coordinates meeting schedules for Claims Analysts as required.
• Follows up with service partners and brokers by phone, letter and email to acknowledge receipt of claims documents or notify when a claim is closed.

Follows up with service partners and brokers by phone, letter and email, under self-direction, to acknowledge receipt of claims document or to notify them when a claim is closed.
