• Drive Operational Performance: Achieve productivity targets of 120+ workflows per person across 1st and 2nd handling activities.
• Ensure Timely & Accurate Processing: Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days with high accuracy.
• Own Business KPIs: Maintain zero overdue workflows aged over 3 days and align inventory with inflow.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Maintain Compliance & Controls: Adhere to policies, SOPs, and risk management requirements.
• Demonstrate Strong Team Values: Uphold Maersk values and complete mandatory training on time.

Join our team and play a key role in delivering operational excellence through efficient workflow management, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Performance Achieve productivity targets of 120+ workflows per person across 1st and 2nd handling activities. Manage workflow volumes effectively to support business requirements.
• Ensure Timely & Accurate Processing Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days. Maintain high levels of processing accuracy and quality.
• Own Business KPIs Maintain zero overdue workflows aged over 3 days. Keep workflow inventory aligned with one day's inflow volume. Proactively identify and address workflow backlogs.
• Support Continuous Improvement Contribute to process optimization, workflow reduction, and FTHR improvement initiatives. Support automation and digitalization projects through testing, validation, and process expertise.
• Maintain Compliance & Controls Adhere to company policies, internal controls, and approved operating procedures. Ensure compliance with RICC SOPs and risk management requirements.
• Demonstrate Strong Team Values Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset. Complete mandatory training on time and actively participate in team engagement initiatives. Consistently demonstrate Maersk Values and Behaviors.
