• Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days.
• Continue to accurately process all fresh, exception, and vendor workflows while meeting the principle of working fast but also maintaining a high level of quality and technical excellence.
• Escalate any potential error, exception or risk promptly and report operational and technical incidents to the relevant stakeholders.
• Address all situational handling errors, paperwork changes or requests on first pass.
• Keep workflow inventory aligned with one day’s inflow volume.
• Contribute to process optimization, workflow reduction, and FTHR improvement initiatives.
• Support automation and digitalization projects through testing, validation, and process expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Operational Performance

• Complete all fresh and exception workflows within 3 business days .

Ensure Timely & Accurate Processing
